Hasshin

Privacy policy

Effective 28 September 2026. This is the beta. Hasshin is free, and we are not charging.

Who this covers

This policy describes how the beta of Hasshin handles information about you. The contact for privacy questions is hasshin@tinkrbox.com.

What we collect

We collect the email address you use to sign in, and we send a short-lived code to that address. If you add them, we store your name, display language, and time zone. We store the notes, drafts, images, and past posts you put into Hasshin, and the posts you choose to publish. If you connect LinkedIn, we store that connection. The access token is encrypted. We also store basic usage, such as how many drafts were generated.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, keep your drafts, publish to LinkedIn when you ask, and show results for posts you published from Hasshin. We use the text you submit to produce a draft. We do not sell your information.

Who else handles it

An email service sends the sign-in code. LinkedIn receives a post only when you choose to publish. A model provider receives the text you ask us to draft, so it can return a draft. The site is hosted, and the database and uploaded images are stored so the service can run. Some of these providers are outside Japan. We do not ask them to use your content for their own advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while the account exists. Sign-in codes are short-lived. From Settings you can delete the account. That removes sign-in, disconnects LinkedIn, and cancels posts that were still scheduled.

Sign-in cookie

We use a cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use it to sell advertising.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version. If a change matters to how we handle your information, we will say so in the product before it applies.
